Who We Are
Vernon Community Action Council (VCAC) is a private non-profit organization providing legal advocacy information and referral services, through its Domestic Violence Advocacy Project, to low-income persons in Vernon Parish. Persons needing extended representation are referred to free lawyers for help.

Description of Services | Every 3 months, on custody and visitation only. Referrals to private attorneys and the Clerk of Court |
Emergency Instructions | What is an Emergency? An emergency exists if there is an immediate crisis need. In event of emergency, call or walk in. Assistance available after hours by calling (337) 239-4357. |
