How to Get Help

PHONE
Information

We take intake calls by phone (504) 861-5571 via a message line or by email to wccnola@gmail.com Messages may be in English or Spanish and will be answered in the language preferred by the worker. We also have a staff attorney who speaks Portuguese. From the initial contact, we return calls as quickly as possible and conduct a screening interview by phone. At that point we will set up an appointment for a full interview or offer referral or other information. We could also provide a worker with information or a sample letter to make a demand for wages.
