Description of Services

From the initial contact, we return calls as quickly as possible and conduct a screening interview by phone. At that point we will set up an appointment for a full interview or offer referral or other information. We could also provide a worker with information or a sample letter to make a demand for wages. We represent workers for both limited scope (demand letter follow up, settlement efforts) and full litigation. We litigate in state court and federal court and handle wage claims, discrimination claims, contract disputes.

For providers/organizations: we provide workshops on workplace rights and responsibilities, for workers or, in some cases, employers.
